Jeff Beck

The legendary Jeff Beck. He was one of those guys who is generally regarded as one of the greats. I was somewhat familiar with his work with the Yardbirds, and his solo stuff from the seventies, but didn't really know what he'd be playing at this show. Steve and I discovered his most recent work was very heavy-rocking, and rather experimental. And that's what he played.

He had a tall blond woman playing bass, and they were both very technical and shredding. It was a wild show. I was impressed. I'm not sure what Steve thought.
